Partnership

These Terms and Conditions govern the free partnership agreement between the sustainable tourism portal (“https://www.sustainabletourismeurope.eu”) and the Partner. The purpose of this partnership is to promote sustainable tourism through collaboration and content sharing.
2. Partnership Criteria
The Partner must operate in accordance with the principles of sustainability, environmental respect, and cultural and social promotion. The partnership is open to organizations, companies, and individuals committed to promoting sustainable practices in the tourism sector.
The partnership may only be GOLD:
Gold Partner: Image box with logo and description on the partner page and a dedicated section within the turismosostenibileitalia.it portal with a dedicated image in the header, company details, social media contacts, image gallery, discount coupon (if applicable), and a dedicated request form. (€200/year)
3. Costs
The annual fee for the GOLD partnership is €200.00/year.
4. Partner Rights
The Partner will have visibility on search engines thanks to the site’s excellent Google ranking, and may be mentioned in the Site’s communications and will be visible in the partner sections. The partnership does not entail any financial commitment or long-term contractual obligation.
5. Partner Obligations
The Partner undertakes to provide original, up-to-date content that complies with sustainability values. The portal reserves the right to approve content prior to publication. The Partner must also refrain from activities that could damage the Site’s reputation or conflict with the sustainable tourism philosophy.
6. Responsibilities
The Partner will be responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the published content. The portal declines all liability for any damages resulting from the use of the content provided by the Partner. The partnership does not imply any representation or exclusive rights.
7. Termination
The partnership may be terminated at any time by either party without notice. Termination of the agreement does not entail any penalty or financial obligation.
8. Changes to the Terms
The portal reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Partner via email.
9. Acceptance
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Partner confirms its agreement with the principles and conditions established for the partnership.
Business insertion
1. Purpose of Listing
These Terms and Conditions govern the listing agreement between the sustainable tourism portal (“https://www.sustainabletourismeurope.eu”) and the businesses. The purpose of this opportunity is to promote sustainable tourism and local economies through collaboration and content sharing.
2. Listing Criteria
The agritourism business, artisan, or tour operator must operate in accordance with the principles of sustainability, environmental respect, and cultural and social promotion.
3. Rights for Activities
The businesses will have visibility on search engines and may be mentioned in communications on the Site and will have visibility in their dedicated sections. The collaboration does not imply any long-term contractual commitment.
Listing is completely free
- Creating the dedicated profile is completely free
- Permanence requires an annual contribution to cover expenses (see points 6 to 11).
- There is NO COMMISSION for the portal for requests made through it.
- Users will contact you directly for reservations.
- The agritourism will be listed on the portal in the “Businesses > Farm Holidays” section (€60.00 per year).
- The campsite will be listed on the portal in the “Businesses > Campsites” section (€60.00 per year).
- The artisan will be listed on the portal in the “Businesses > Artisans” section (€50.00 per year).
- The restaurant will be listed on the portal in the “Businesses > Restaurants” section (€120.00 per year).
- The tour operator will be listed on the portal in the “Businesses > Tour Operators” section (€200.00 per year).
- The hotel will be listed on the portal in the “Businesses > Hotels” section (€200.00 per year).
4. Obligations
The businesses are committed to providing original, up-to-date content that complies with sustainability values. The portal reserves the right to approve content before publication. Members must also refrain from activities that may damage the reputation of the Site or conflict with the philosophy of sustainable tourism.
5. Liability
Companies listed will be responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the content published. The portal declines all liability for any damages resulting from the use of the content provided. Collaboration does not imply any agency or exclusivity.
6. Termination
Companies, as well as the Sustainable Tourism Europe portal, may terminate the collaboration at any time without notice. Termination of the agreement does not entail any penalty or financial obligation.
